"I understand that this is the owner’s project and that it is a major construction project. However, I would like to provide some feedback. Whenever work is being carried out above ground level and there is a possibility of materials falling and causing harm or inconvenience to people below, there should be at least one worker stationed on the ground to monitor the situation and communicate with the workers above. This alley is used frequently by many residents, so safety should be a priority. Earlier today, I booked a Grab ride to go to my restaurant. Unfortunately, my driver was splashed with wet cement that fell from the construction site above. As a result, I had to cancel my trip because the driver became covered in cement. The workers above simply looked down and did not apologize, even though I repeatedly called out from below asking for someone to be stationed on the ground. In addition, I live in a guest house near this project site. The workers started operating extremely noisy machinery at 6:30 AM, which caused a significant disturbance. I respectfully ask that you manage your workers and construction activities more carefully so that they do not negatively impact or endanger the people living and passing through the area. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I would appreciate your feedback regarding how these issues will be addressed."

"My guilty pleasure whenever I visit Bali. I usually order through online delivery platforms, so I’m not too sure what the dine-in experience is like. Unlike typical ayam geprek spots, Ayam Gebuk Mak Ayam’s specialty is their sambal kacang. It’s a creamy, spicy, and savoury peanut sauce that’s quite addictive. Their fried chicken is consistently tender regardless of the part, and it stays crispy even with takeaway, without feeling greasy. The sauce is rather oily (as we might expect), but it doesn’t feel too heavy or overwhelming. I’d recommend asking for the sauce to be separated if you’re not used to spice. Honestly, it’s very worth the price and I’ve never been disappointed. The restaurant’s also quick to respond, accommodating with requests (like specific chicken parts), and will inform you promptly if something is sold out. The only thing I noticed is that the rice used to be fluffier (during my last order it was a bit dry). Nevertheless it’s still one of the best ayam geprek!"

"Dont expect a fancy place, a cozy dining. This is a simple warong selling food. The crispy chicken with sambal gepuk was great! Tasty, crispy, sweet but spicy. Good portion. Affordable price, only 15k without rice. Recommend to take away."
